WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Pre-order items are typically fulfilled based on the approximate ship date listed on the product page. They're shipped via USPS First Class from Chicago,IL, so depending on your distance delivery times will vary.
All standard orders will ship within a 3-7 days from date ordered, unless otherwise noted. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is placed at the Post Office. They're shipped via USPS First Class from Chicago,IL, so depending on your distance delivery times will vary.

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If there's an issue with your pre-order or standard order item you received (i.e. incorrect item or size, damaged product, etc.), return it to me (if it's an apparel item it must be unworn and unwashed) within 10 days of delivery date and I’ll be happy to issue a refund. Please contact me and we'll sort out the details together.
Unfortunately with pre-order and some standard items items (like t-shirts and apparel products), exchanges are excepted but the apparel are ordered in very limited quantities, so the likelihood that I will have any other sizes in stock will be extremely rare. But I'd be happy to provide you a refund provided you meet the criteria (i.e. incorrect item or size, damaged product, etc.).
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Currently I ship to Canada, UK, Japan, Italy, & Germany. All shipping costs outside of the US are handled as a flat rate. Please consult your nearest postal authority regarding any additional import taxes that may occur with items shipped from the US. If you are in a country not listed above just send me an email at email@example.com.
